Pre/After Building Cleaning Checklist

During after builders clean we remove plaster dust, excess silicone from basins or tiles etc. We will also take away a limited excess rubbish which will be assessed on the day of the clean.

Sitting Room

	Vacuuming.
	Clean inside and outside of all wardrobes and drawers.
	Clean and wipe tables, chairs, hover upholstery
	Clean and wipe walls.
	Clean and wipe skirting boards and dildo rails.
	Clean and wipe doors, light switches/fittings and lampshades.
	Remove cob webbing on all ceilings.
	Emptying of rubbish bins.

Hall Way And Stairs

	Vacuuming of all areas of stairs and hallways.
	Clean inside and outside of all wardrobes and drawers.
	Dust/ wipe walls.
	Wipe skirting boards and dildo rails.
	Dust/ Wipe doors, lampshades and light switches/ fittings.
	Remove cob webbing on all ceilings.
	Cleaning of all interior windows and windowsills.
	Emptying of rubbish bins.

Bedrooms

	Vacuuming.
	Clean inside and outside of all wardrobes and drawers.
	Dust/ wipe walls.
	Wipe/dust beds and bed tables.
	Wipe/dust skirting boards and dildo rails.
	Wipe/dust lampshades and light switches/fittings.
	Cob webbing on all ceilings.
	Clean interior windows and sills.
	Emptying of rubbish bins.

Bathrooms

	Clean bath/shower in order to remove all lime scale.
	Removal of lime scale from bathroom tiles.
	Toilet cleaned thoroughly inside and out.
	Washbasin cleaned.
	Dust/ wipe walls.
	Wipe/dust skirting boards and dildo rails.
	Clean interior windows and sills.
	Empty rubbish bins.

Kitchen

	Clean inside and outside of all kitchen cupboards and doors.
	Clean cookers, inside and out, hob and extractor fan.
	Clean microwave, inside and out.
	Defrost fridge and freezer, clean inside and outside, switch off at mains leaving door open
	Clean dishwasher, washing machine inside and out, clean soap dispenser.
	Wipe appliances such as toaster, kettle etc.
	Wipe all work surfaces.
	Dust/ wipe walls.
	Vacuuming or mopping of all floors.
	Clean interior windows and sills.
	Emptying of rubbish bins.
