Most orders are delivered to your door within 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery.
Our aim is to despatch orders the next working day so your order should arrive within 3-5 working days
in the UK and Europe, though we are reliant on the efficiency of postal and freight services operations worldwide.
The basic packing, handling and delivery charge per order (up to 20 kg weight,
except USA & Canada and Rest of World) is as follows:

Large items (which are indicated by the symbol ) will incur an additional £20 delivery charge. Please be aware that deliveries to
the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man may be delayed by customs.
Our parcel carriers deliver during business hours, Monday to Friday. Note that all deliveries are required to receive a signature
in order to complete the delivery, so it may be advisable to arrange for delivery to a business address or to a neighbour or relative.
Postage and packing paid will not be refunded after 7 days from delivery unless the item is faulty.
Exact delivery charges will be displayed at checkout - please ensure that you select the correct destination. If you select the
incorrect postage destination, we will contact you by e-mail advising you that you will have to reorder so that items can be shipped.
Your Returns
If you are not completely happy with any item you have purchased from us, for whatever reason, please send it back for a full refund of
the purchase price.
This does not affect your statutory rights. The guarantee is good for 7 days from the original date providing items
are received by us undamaged and in the same packaging as despatch.
Please e-mail us at returns@mklondyn.com to let us know you would like
to return an item(s). We do not refund any return postage costs.
In the event of receiving damaged or faulty goods, we will be happy to exchange.
