ONE-OFF CLEANING:

Confirmation and deposit is required before work commences. MK Londyn Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change. Differences in excess of 10% will be discussed with the Client prior to the start of the work. Minimum of 4 hours per visit applies. Client will provide a list of rooms to be cleaned. ie Living Room, Bedrooms, Oven etc etc. "All materials will be provided by MK Londyn Ltd " unless other arrangements have been made with MK Londyn Ltd . All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. If MK Londyn Ltd personnel need to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10.00 charge may apply. The Client understands that the price he/she has been quoted is not for a "package deal" and does not include anything apart from cleaning. If any estimates is given on how long it will take our personnel to do the job, this is only an estimated price based on the average time it should takes to clean a house/flat or office of similar size. The Client is advised that a one-off Spring Cleaning may take double the length of time required for a general cleaning. After Builders Clean, Post Party Cleaning or Badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning. The Client agrees that if found using bad language to words the cleaners or verbally abusing them MK Londyn Ltd will take the cleaners off the job and charge the Client the full amount.

 

REGULAR DOMESTIC CLEANING & REGULAR OFFICE CLEANING:

Service cost is £8.50 per hour per cleaner and is subject to signing an Agreement with MK Londyn Ltd . Minimum is 2 hours per visit weekly and 3 hours fortnightly. The Client agrees to provide cleaning materials and equipment needed, unless other arrangements have been made with MK Londyn Ltd . All cleaning equipment should be safe and in full working order. If the Client does not have cleaning materials or value on utility and laundry cards and Client asks MK Londyn Ltd to purchase said items on their behalf, the Client understands that an applicable service charge will be added. If an MK Londyn Ltd personnel needs to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10.00 charge may apply. The Client understands that the price he/she has been quoted is not for a "package deal" and does not include anything apart from cleaning and ironing. If any estimate is given on how long it will take our personnel to do the job, this is only an estimated price based on the average time it takes to clean a home or office of similar size. If the Client requires an initial meeting before the first cleaning visit a signed Agreement must be returned to MK Londyn Ltd prior to the visit.

 

END OF TENANCY CLEANING:

Confirmation and deposit is required before work commences. MK Londyn Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change. Differences in excess of 10% will be discussed with the client prior to the start of the work. Not included in the cleaning price are: walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows, carpet steam cleaning, emptying and putting items back in cupboards/wardrobes/drawers, emptying, cleaning and putting back books on bookshelves, washing up and cleaning cutlery. All of the above mentioned services, excluding walls and ceiling cleaning, are available at an extra charge. If the Client requires fridge or freezer to be cleaned he agrees to defrost the fridge/freezer before our cleaner's arrival. The property must be vacated. If MK Londyn Ltd personnel need to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10.00 charge may apply. If the Client has a dog, cat or other hairy pet animal then an extra £10.00 may be added to the service price due to the extensive amount of animal hair slowing down the cleaning process, unless a different arrangement has been agreed with MK Londyn Ltd. The Client's responsibility is to arrange parking for our vehicle during the time spent at the Client's premises. A £8.00 congestion charge will occur if the Client's property falls within the London Congestion Charge Zone. If the Client requires cleaning service after building work has been carried out recently (service also known as After Builders Cleaning) it takes up to twice the time needed for successful completion of the required tasks.

 

CARPET CLEANING:

Confirmation and deposit is required before work commences. MK Londyn Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change. Differences in excess of 10% will be discussed with the Client prior to the start of the work. If MK Londyn Ltd personnel need to collect keys from a third party's address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be carried out then a £10.00 charge may be added to the price of the service.The Client's agrees to vacuum the carpet before MK Londyn Ltd's personnel arrival to the permises. If the Client has a dog, cat or other hairy pet animal then an extra £10.00 will be added to the service price due to the extensive amount of animal hair slowing down the cleaning process, unless a different arrangement has been agreed with MK Londyn Ltd. The Client's responsibility is to arrange parking for our vehicle during the time spent at the Client's premises. A £8.00 congestion charge may occur if the Client's property falls within the London Congestion Charge Zone. All Carpet-Cleaning prices are subject to a £60.00 minimum call out charge plus VAT

 

HANDYMAN & BUILDING SERVICES:

Confirmation and a deposit is required before work commences. Build and Clean Contractors are trading names of MK Londyn Ltd. We reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change. The Client must pay the full amount of monies owed for any work carried out on there property in full on completion. When booking our handyman services you will have to pay a none refundable deposit. The reason for this is, we assign our handymen jobs in advance or on the day. This will depend when the Client's need the work carried out. Therefore we will not take anymore work for that day causing the handyman to lose work. We will move your booking for another day, week or month and you will not lose the deposit as long as you come back to us in the near futur to do the job you first booked for. For payment we take all Major Credit Cards. However if you pay your bill with a credit card you will be charge 2% on all major cards except for American Express, which has a 3% surcharge. There is no surcharge on debit card payments.

We reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the Client's original requirements change. The Client must pay the full amount of monies owed for any work carried out on there property in full on completion. When booking our general building services you will have to pay a deposit this maybe none refunderale. The reason for this is, we assign our general builders jobs in advance. This will depend when the Client's need the work carried out. Therefore we will not take anymore work for those days/weeks causing the builders to lose work. We will move your booking for another day,/week or month and you will not lose the deposit as long as you come back to us in the near futur to do the job you first booked to do. For payment we take all Major Credit Cards. However if you pay your bill with a credit card you will be charge 2% on all major cards except for American Express, which has a 3% surcharge. There is no surcharge on debit card payments.

PAYMENT:
End of tenancy cleaning, Carpet cleaning and One Off Cleaning : service cost from £90.00 payment to be paid by Cash or Credit Card on the day. Regular Domestic Cleaning: service cost is £8.50 per hour per. We require a Credit Card for payment. On the seveth day of each month after receipt of your invoice we will take payment (subject to a signed Agreement). Regular Office Cleaning: Service cost is �8.50 per hour payment on recipt of invoice, Cheque, BACS electronic transfer, Credit Card or Direct Debit will do, (Not Cash) (subject to a signed Agreement). All outstanding balances for the services carried out except Regular, Domestic and Office Cleaning: Payment on recipt of invoice (subject to a signed Agreement). The Client will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a Dishonored Cheque. The Client agrees and authorizes MK Londyn Ltd to charge any outstanding amounts owed to MK Londyn Ltd with regards to the cleaning service provided plus parking fees (If any) End of tenancy cleaning: Payment to be paid by Cash or Credit Card on the day plus parking fees or Congestion Charge Zone (If any). All bookings are subjected to a deposit. The balance will be taken in full from the Credit Card we hold on file after the cleaning is finish that day. Deposit will only be refunded if the booking is canceled within 24 hours after you placed the booking. The deposit will not be refunded if our operatives are on their way.

 

NONE PAYMENT:

MK Londyn Ltd will collect any outstanding monies owed to them. If as a result MK Londyn Ltd has to use a debt collecting agency or county court to secure payment, the Clients agrees to pay any debt collecting agency fees, court fees, legal cost, or interest which will occur due to the result of none payment of their outstanding bill.

 

CLAIMS:

MK Londyn Ltd has Public and Employer's Liability Insurance . The policy will cover any accidental damages caused by any personnel working on behalf of MK Londyn Ltd. The Client of One Off Clean accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the date the cleaning was carried out. Failure to do so will entitle the Client to Nothing. MK Londyn Ltd advises that the Client or a Client's Representative must be present at the time of completion of the job so an inspection can be carried out and any corrections made on site on the same day. If the Client has scheduled an inventory check then it must be scheduled to commence no later than 24 hours after the cleaning job has been carried out. In case of damage MK Londyn Ltd through it's Insurance Company will repair or replace the item/s if it's personnel knowingly caused the damage. If the item/s cannot be repaired MK Londyn Ltd will rectify the problem through it's Insurance Company by crediting the Client with the item's if it is proven to be down to our personnel. If a Client is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, MK Londyn Ltd will re-clean any areas and items to the Client's satisfaction. All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: Cash, Jewellery. MK Londyn Ltd reserves the right not to be responsible for: cleaning job not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning materials and/or equipment not in full working order, hot water or power; third party entering or present at the Client's premises during the cleaning process; wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using cleaning materials and equipment or standard carpet cleaning equipment provided by the Client; any damages caused by a faulty or not in full working order materials/equipment supplied by the customer.

 

CANCELLATION:

Regular domestic cleaning, office cleaning: The Client may cancel a cleaning visit/s by giving at least 24 hours advanced notice. The Client may terminate the whole service by giving at least one month advanced notice and specifying the last cleaning date. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay the full price of the cleaning visit in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. The Client agrees to pay the full price of one cleaning visit in case of a termination of the service if the Client has given less than Two weeks advanced notice. The Client has the right to terminate the service without giving Two weeks advanced notice but by giving 24 hours advanced notice before or immediately after the first cleaning visit only. One-off cleaning: The Client may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The Client agrees to pay £30.00 cancellation fee per cleaner if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay £30.00 cancellation fee per cleaner in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. End of tenancy cleaning & Carpet cleaning: The Client may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time. The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee if the Client cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. The Client agrees to pay 40% of the quote as a cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out cased by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at the Client's premises; or problem with the Client's keys. If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special efforts or skills. If an initial deposit has been paid to MK Londyn Ltd then the Client agrees that deposit funds may be used to cover the cancellation fee.

 

AFTER CANCELLATION OF THE CLEANING SERVICE:

By entering into a service agreement with MK Londyn Ltd, the Client agrees that after the termination of the cleaning service he/she will not hire or use any domestic cleaner provided by a present or past cleaner introduced to the Client by MK Londyn Ltd. If the Client does wish to hire or use domestic services provided by such a cleaner then he/she must pay a referral fee of �1,000. By ordering MK Londyn Ltd service by telephone, e-mail, fax or website, the Client agrees to be bound by MK Londyn Ltd terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom laws, and by agreeing to be bound by them the Client agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom. MK Londyn Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these terms and conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check�this website for updates.

 

CAR HIRE SERVICE

1)  Your contract with us
When you sign the form you accept the conditions set out in this rental agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully. If there is anything you do not understand or do not
agree with, please ask any member of staff at the office or the person who delivers the vehicle .

2)  Rental period
You will have the vehicle for the rental period shown in the agreement. We may agree to extend this rental period but the rental period may never be more than 30 days. If you do not bring the vehicle back on time you are breaking the conditions of this agreement. We can charge you for every day or part-day you have the vehicle after you should have returned it to us. Until we get the vehicle back we will charge you the daily rate published on our website, office or where you rented the vehicle from.

3)  Your responsibilities

  1. You must look after the vehicle and keys to the vehicle. You must always lock the
    vehicle when you are not using it, and use any security device fitted to or supplied with the
    vehicle. You must always protect the vehicle against bad weather which can cause damage.
    You must make sure that you use the correct fuel.
  2. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by hitting low-level objects,
    such as bridges or low branches.
  3. You must make sure any load is secured safely.
  4. You must not sell, rent or dispose of the vehicle or any of its parts. You must not give
    anyone any legal rights over the vehicle.
  5. You must not let anyone work on the vehicle without our permission. If we do give you
    permission, we will only give you a refund if you have a receipt for the work.
  6. You must let us know as soon as you become aware of a fault in the vehicle.
  7. You must bring the vehicle back to the place we agreed, during the opening hours
    displayed at the place. One of our staff must see the vehicle to check that it is in good
    condition. If we have agreed that you may return the vehicle outside business hours, you
    will remain responsible for the vehicle and its condition until it is re-inspected by a member
    of staff.

4) You will have to pay for reasonable costs of repair if:

  1. we have to pay extra costs to return the vehicle to its condition when the pre-
    rental inspection was carried out (for example if extra valeting time or special
    material or equipment is needed to restore the vehicle to its pre-rental
    condition); or
  2. you have damaged the interior or exterior of the vehicle including any
    mechanical damage and tyre damage, or
  3. the vehicle has been damaged by a car washing machine during the rental
    period

i) Before you bring back the vehicle you must check that you have not left any personal belongings in the vehicle.

 

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

MK LONDYN LTD collects data to provide you with a loan Broker/Lender service to:-

  • Provide clients information to lenders for like ourselfs to assess your suitability.
  • Provide clients information to credit reference agencies to made searches on you.
  • Complete a credit agreement on behalf of the lender.
  • BEFORE SECURING DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME THINK CAREFULLY. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP THE REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBTS SECURED ON YOUR PROPERTY

Reason for this: Due to late payments from many clients.
